Hey Keith, for your 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk with adaptive cruise control I would recommend the Roadmaster Direct Connect base plate kit part # RM-521440-5 as it's easiest option to use.
Do you have the rest of your flat towing setup already? You'll also want a Roadmaster tow bar like the part # RM-520.
