Question:
Hello, I have a 2006 Silverado pickup truck, eight-foot bed with a stock bumper. I would like a tow hitch connected to the frame by bolting. The maximum towing capability for that size frame is 7800 pounds. Can you help me with ing the correct tow hitch? Thanks

Hey Mark! Is this a Silverado 1500? Assuming it is, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C14332. This has a bolt-on installation so no drilling is required. It also has a max gross trailer weight of 10,000 lbs so it can handle anything your truck is capable of.
