Weight Distribution Shank to Replace Blue Ox BXW4028 with Less Drop/Weight

2023 Airstream 1100lb tongue weigjt 2024 F350 2-1/2” receiver I bought this shank after getting a new truck with a 2-1/2” receiver. I am using holes 3and5 to mount the swaypro head. Two problems, weight of shank and how long the shank hangs down. Is there a lighter more compact version? Just need the Blue Ox head to fit. Thank you.

Hey Tim, you could use the Equal-I-Zer shank part # EQ90-02-4800 in place of the Blue Ox Shank part # BXW4028. This will weigh less and not hang down nearly as much. How do you like your Blue Ox setup?
