Does this kit contain conical washers or flat washers for the 3/4” bolts?

The Replacement Bolts for Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Head part # EQ90-02-9100 contains four 3/4" flat washers that go on the bolt that attaches the head to the shank (see photo (#17)). If you instead need the washer that controls the head tilt (see photo (#26)) then you will need to use the Replacement Spacer Washer for Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Head part # EQ90-04-9110 instead. The Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System does not come with any conical tooth washers, at least the current version anyhow.
