Comparing Curt and Draw Tite Hitch for 2023 Toyota BZ4X

Question:

Im trying to decide b/w the Drawtite and the Curt receiver hitch for a 2023 Toyota BZ4X. I understand the Drawtite allows towing and the Curt doesnt, and the Drawtite weight capacity is also higher than the Curt. On the photos it appears the Drawtite hangs lower though, and thus would reduce ground clearance slightly compared to the Curt. Would the installed sleeve height actually differ between these two models? And if so, how much difference is there in inches?

Hey Eliot, so if towing is on the table then I would go with the Draw Tite # DT46PR but if not I would go with the Curt # C92NR since it has better ground clearance by about an inch. The Curt does sit up tighter to the rear bumper like you noticed.

What do you plan on doing with the hitch?
