You don’t have to give up your vehicle’s style to add towing and cargo capability. This hitch mounts behind the bumper so the cross tube is completely out of sight. Only the 2" receiver shows when it’s installed, and you can remove it entirely when you’re done towing for a totally hidden look. It’s a simple way to keep a factory-clean rear end while still being ready for bike racks, cargo carriers, or a small trailer.
Built from a combination of aluminum, steel, and stainless steel, this hitch uses a strong alloy that’s both tough and lightweight. The materials are recycled to reduce environmental impact while still meeting SAE J684 towing safety regulations. The black powder coat finish resists rust and corrosion, so the hitch stays solid through rain, road salt, and regular use.
This hitch bolts right onto the frame with no drilling or welding required, so it’s ready for a weekend DIY install. It lines up cleanly and fits securely without needing special tools or a lift. Once it’s mounted, you’ve got a Class III hitch rated for 3,500 lbs gross trailer weight and 350 lbs tongue weight—strong enough for towing light trailers or hauling gear with confidence.

Ratings & Reviews
The rating as per lbs for tongue weight and towing weight were different than the advertised
Product is great, I love how it is hidden. It might be nice if instructions came with it or a video on your website. I had to find a youtube video for help.
The mounting bolt holes did not line up. I had to use two of the original bolts on the drivers side. I tried to get the sent bolts to work but unable to thread them. The original bolts are shorter but seem to hold well. The instructions for removing the bumper had poor pictures and inaccurate descriptions of removal.
Hitch was easy to install and works well. Only pain is that the bolt to connect the removable receiver is up inside the bumper trim and nearly impossible to tighten it without having to cut a large hole in the trim. Would have liked a better way to remove the two piece receiver so never going to remove it since so difficult.
Had originally thought that the product was a bit expensive. However, after a lot of research, I was drawn back to the hitch by the fact that it attached to the frame allowing a much higher hitch tongue weight capacity and a much higher stability factor for carrying heavy, expensive e-bikes. It allowed me to keep my current bike hitch rack. Hitch installed and everything is set for confidently carrying bikes with the new Subaru Solterra.
Hall my dirt bike to the track with my new 2 inch hitch. Works great!
Installation was incredibly easy. I honestly could believe it. If you are willing to DIY your install, don’t get spooked by removing the bumper. It was so much easier than I expected. 1 and a half hours of total labor.
Solid hitch. Will need to turn off reverse sensors and cross traffic alerts when bike rack is connected with this style bike rack. Do not know if other racks get in the way of sensors. When reversing out it can auto brake thinking something is in the way.. Directions should come with paper cutout to make it a little easier when trimming the bottom of the bumper.
