Hi William; to find these replacement parts you will need more information on the axle since it is an AL-KO, specifically the bearings and brake flange. AL-KO is no longer around and some of their parts don't follow industry standards. If you have a # 14125A outer and # 25580 inner bearing with a grease seal that has a 2.25" inner diameter you can use the # 42866UC3-EZ for a replacement.

For the brakes, if you have a standard 5-bolt brake flange you can use the # AKEBRK-7-SA. If you have the old AL-KO 4-bolt you would need the Dexter Electric Trailer Brakes - 12" - Left/Right Hand - 6K AL-KO/Hayes Axles # 23-105-106-09. If you have a different bearing combination let me know in the comments below and I'll see what we have for a replacement.

Hi William, were you able to confirm which bearings and brake flange your AL-KO axle uses? Knowing what you found could really help others trying to match parts on older AL-KO setups.
