Solution for Flat Tow Braking System that Goes from Air Force One to RV with Hydraulic Brakes

Updated 11/03/2025 | Published 01/29/2025

Question:

I have a tow vehicle that is set up for Air Force One. I changed rvs. I now have a super c rv that does not have compressed air. Could you tell me what I would need to do to get my RV able to connect up to Air Force One?

Hey Louis, we actually have a kit designed for your exact situation with the Towed Car Conversion Kit - Demco Air Force One to Stay-IN-Play Duo Flat Tow Brake System # SM99231. This will convert what is left of your Air Force One setup to be a Stay In Play for hydraulic brakes so that you can operate the brakes with your current RV. Are you familiar with the Stay In Play?

Hey Louis, how did things go with the Stay-IN-Play conversion kit for your new Super C RV? Your results could really help others switching from an Air Force One setup to a hydraulic brake system.
