Question:
I bought the Bandw 1308 and it is telling me that I cut the hole at 45.5 but that’s not center of the bed . I hope I didn’t get the wrong setup

Hey James, the B&W # BWGNRK1308 is definitely the correct kit for your 2013 Dodge Ram. The 45 1/2" measurement is only for short bed trucks (8' or less), so if you have the long bed then you'd actually need to measure 47 1/2" - which could be why it's not centered.
If you do have a short bed, then I'd recommend re-measuring as it's outlined in the instructions which I've attached for you to this page.
If there is something else I can help you with, please feel free to leave a comment and I'd be happy to assist.

Hey James, how did things turn out after you re-measured for your Ram’s bed length with the B&W Turnoverball hitch? It’d be great to hear if the new measurement centered things up. Your update could make it easier for others working on the same setup.
