Just got a Toyota sienna 2022 with OEM 1 1/4” trailer hitch, but all swing away side way for 2 or 4 bikes rack are for 2” receiver, so what I can do ?

Congrats on the new van! The only option is to upgrade your hitch to one like the Curt item # C22UR you were looking at. There are no swing away hitch extenders like item # SAR36VR in a 1-1/4" configuration and you can't use an adapter like item # e93YR on them.
The Curt Trailer Hitch item # C22UR is going to be your best choice. This is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 350 lbs tongue weight capacity so plenty of strength for a swing away adapter and a 4-bike bike rack. The Curt item # C22UR is custom fit and bolts to your 2022 Toyota Sienna with included hardware.

If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C53VV and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
