2011 GMC Sierra 1500 Base Plate Kit to Work with Blue Ox Aventa Tow Bar

Question:

I have three blue ox bx7335 tow bar and the brake buddy to flat tow my 2011 gmc sierra 1500 do I need to have a crossbar or can I just use the other type of base olate

You want to go with the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1674 for your 2011 GMC Sierra 1500 to match up with your Blue Ox Aventa 7335 tow bar. There are some more cost-effective options, but those require adapters and by the time you purchase both of them you'll be spending more money than you initially would have, so going with the Blue Ox option in the first place is the best route to take.
