Hey Rick,

The fan on your Progressive Dynamics 4000 Series Mini RV Converter w/ Charge Wizard and AC/DC Distribution Panel # PD4045KA only runs when it's needed (based off of temperature) so if it's been a bit cooler in your area like it's been here in Wentzville, Missouri, it would make sense that the fan isn't needing to run as much anymore.

We had 80 degrees here in Florida yesterday and it never went on, today I over loaded it by turning all the lights on and still nothing,

@Rick Did you try any other loads or just the lights? My contact said it sounds like the you have LED lighting and a fully charged battery, and the fan is there to cool down certain components that can reach temperatures 115 degrees F while under medium to heavy loads. If you aren't putting a medium to heavy load on your system, then that would be why the fan isn't kicking on yet.
