Cooling Fan Operation of PD4045KA Progressive Dynamics 4000 Series Mighty Mini RV Converter

Question:
I was just wondering on the pd 4045 what temperature dose the fan come on? Is it supposed to be on fairly often, my panel is Reading at 77f

The fan on the Progressive Dynamics Mighty Mini AC/DC Panel and Converter/Smart Charger, # PD4045KA operates at a speed that is proportional to the internal temperature of the converter. The thermostat is set at 115 degrees F and its speed will increase and decrease as demand changes. This setting is against the internal electronics temp, not ambient.
