Hey Mason,
Yes, the Center Section for B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Hitch # BWGNRC816 does include the the ball. This would still require frame mounting brackets to complete the setup though. I see you have a 2019 Ford F-250 listed as your vehicle and that you already purchased the # BWGNRC816. If you don't have the mounting brackets for the F-250 then you'll need to swap to the # BWGNRK1116 instead to get the complete kit.
If that's the case for you then just give our customer service department a call and they can swap out the order for you.

Hey Mason, how did things go with the B&W gooseneck hitch for your F-250? Did you end up swapping to the full kit with the mounting brackets? Your update could make it easier for the next person setting up the same hitch.
