Hello Ryan,
I am very sorry but we do not make custom axles, they come directly from the manufacturers already put together. We used to do custom axles many years ago, but there were too many wrong measurements sent in so we no longer offer that service. What I suggest is to get the Trailer Axle w/ Electric Brakes - Easy Grease - 6 on 5-1/2 - 86-1/2" Long - 6,000 lbs # e73SR and have a professional welder add qty 2 of the # TRSS300 where you need them. We do not suggest cutting off the other ones though, you have a very high chance of ruining the axle by cutting them off.

Hey Ryan, did you end up going with the 6,000‑lb trailer axle and having a welder add the spring seats where you needed them? Knowing how that setup worked could help others trying to match their perch spacing. Your update could make it easier for the next person with the same issue.
