Hi RJ,
If you're referring to a spot on your Demco Classic Base Plate Kit # DM9518010 to connect your safety cables to then you'd need to wrap some safety cable extensions # RM-910648-20 around the frame rails to give your safety cables something to connect to since this baseplate unfortunately doesn't come with mounting points.

If it doesn't have attachment points for breakaway cables, what are the flat plates with big holes at the lowest part of the crossmember intended for?
