Question:
I have a 2021 Keystone Montana High Country with ground control 3.0 jacks. My left rear jack will not retract or extend, just spins. What is a replacement for it? The SN is wd0320200709956.

Hey Jason,
It sounds like the inner gearing between the motor and leg has either broken teeth or completely stripped teeth so a complete replacement will be needed. I wasn't able to look up the serial number on my end, but I can say that if the footpad is welded to the jack then the leg you'll need is # LC342610. If the footpad is attached to the jack with a snapper pin the leg you'll need is part # LC305339.
