I have the new thule wingbar and was wondering if this adaptor kit would allow my thule 516 prologue bike rack to be mounted to the new bars?

Ok thanks for the response. I asked because when I put the bike carrier up on the roof rails it doesn’t sit flush to the rails due to a lip that’s on the bike carrier. Is that normal. Not sure if you can speak to that or know what I’m describing. Seems that the echelon and peloton racks are flat for mounting
