The Reverse Lockout Solenoid Kit for Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuators item # DM5837 has a .125” MPT X .188” inverted flare fitting. It is designed to work with Demco models DA10 like item # DM8102222 and DA91 hydraulic trailer brake actuators.

I am converting from a demco surge brake to a hydra star electric over hyd and the Kodiak stainless/ rubber line doesn’t seat well and leaks. Thought the flare is supposed to be the same.

@Greg You're right it is the same or at least ours are. The Kodiak Hydraulic Brake Line Kit item # 15TA-BLKIT you were looking at uses 3/16" fittings with a 3/8"-24 thread size. This is identical to the Hydrastar Hydraulic Brake Line Kits like item # HS496-252 that come with the Hydrastar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuators like item # HS381-8067. You may need to upgrade your brake lines if yours are older or you may have a stripped thread somewhere. I can't think of another reason yours would be leaking.
