Question:
Looking to update 1 of our boat trailers to disc. Double axle 3500lb. Do you sell a complete kit with everything needed for both axles? I like the looks of the K2HR35DKG Dacromet/KodaGuard kit but would need 2 sets. Would like it to include the bearings, all new lines etc.. and the electric over hydraulic actuator. We are a Yamaha marine dealer resale. Cache Honda Yamaha Hyde Park, Utah Thanks in advance for your time and information. Mark Perkes, GM

Mark, the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit # K2HR35DKG appears to be what you're looking for but you're going to need to verify which bearings your trailer uses right now to make sure it's compatible.
The bearings, actuator # DX29FR and brake lines # 18TA-BLKIT would need to be added separately as well.

My trailer tongue is a welded channel that is part of the trailer. The inner member looks very similar to the DX99FR but it is 3x3 not 3x4. What inner member would fit a 3x3 outer housing? I prefer not to just saddle a new hitch over the existing frame if possible. As stated in the first question I am converting to disc - double axle. Is there a doc that gives the dimensions of the actuators and maybe distance from pin to pin? I hate to order the wrong 1 just to return it. Thanks!
