Looking for trailer hitch and Active wiring harness for 2019 BMW X4 xdrive40i. VIN: 5UXCR6C53KLL05165. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Hi Vince; for a hitch you can use the Curt # C99RV. If you would prefer a completely hidden design like the Stealth Hitch you were looking at then the correct one is the # SH75VR. The Stealth Hitch comes with the towing kit that has the required ball mount, safety chain looks, and your standard wiring.
As far as I know, none of the aftermarket wiring will be "Active" and able to interact with your towing mode on the BMW. I would reach out to your local dealer to see if this is possible. I did find on some forums that other BMW owners said it could be coded to the vehicle making it active wiring but, there was a lot of uncertainty surrounding the topic and it looks like Stealth Hitches doesn't have an answer on this.
One way or another, you will have to take it to the dealer for them to turn on the towing mode that would potentially tie the two together. You may find that the only option for active wiring is the OEM wiring harness.
