The ball mount uses a 2" ball and sits 18" from the ground to the top of the ball with a 10" length from center of ball to peg. Tight tolerances in the stainless steel center block keep everything solid with no rattling when you start or stop.

No other hitch I would even consider installing on my 2022 BMW X4 M40i. Hitch disconnects with ease so you no longer see any hardware or connector. Installation takes 2-4 hours depending on your auto skills. This company is top notch and will order from them again for any hitch needs in the future. Don't waste money on a cheap brand; spend the extra. money and order a quality piece of equipment.
I ordered the above listed hitch and wiring, and overall, very pleased and happy with how it all went and installation. The only reason why I couldn't give a 5 star rating is due to instructions. I am very impressed with the quality of the hitch, the fit and ease of many of the steps, however, the instructions have a bit to be desired. It started out well and straight forward, but it wasn't many steps before the anatomy of my X4 model differed from what the instructions had, or didn't have. There were several times I had to stop and google something not on the instructions. That said, there are number of body and underside variations for my model car, that it may be difficult to know all of them. Again, overall experience with etrailer and the quality of the hitch was very good. I would highly recommend purchasing from them and will buy again for my next car.
