Yes, it would Brent! I checked with the manufacturer and the EcoHitch Hidden Front Trailer Hitch item # EH87SR has been confirmed to fit all models of the 2019 Ford F-150 including the ones with the 3.0 diesel engine.

We installed this hitch on a 2023 F-150 earlier this year. I attached the video below so you can see how to get it set up. Your truck being the same generation you'll get a great idea of the installation process and what it's going to look like once it's installed.
