Instructions were good, but the video was easier to follow. Mounted on a 2024 F-150 Ecoboost. The side mounts went on easily, but it does take two people to get the hitch into place and all the bolts aligned at the same time. Nice and clean look and a much higher mounting than the competitors.

I use this hitch with a T mount to carry my kayak, It works great. I have also had to use it with a receiver hitch mounted winch to rescue another vehicle.
Hitch looks great and is well concealed behind the front bumper. The only problem I encountered was that there was a bracket welded to each frame member that wasn’t identified in the instructions. I was given the manufacturer’s phone number and they were puzzled as well. They had never encountered this feature on a 2020 F150. They took my vin # so they could research the problem. My only way out was to cut away a portion of this bracket on both left and right frame members. Then the installation went per the instructions. I was able to install using a floor jack but like the instructions say, it’s not really a one man job.
It costs way more than the other hitches, and it is harder to install. But, in the end it is worth it. I have installed many front hitches on various trucks over the years, and they have all scraped a driveway entrance from time to time, they just hang too low. I ended up paying $$$ to lift the trucks. This hitch is high and tight, does not hang low like the others. Pay extra now and avoid lifting your truck or hitting the cement when you pull into a driveway.
I was impressed with the quality and ease of installation. Instructions weren’t as helpful as the etrailer video (that was exceptional and was a big reason I decided to try this hitch). The mounting height of this hitch seemed much higher than others I had looked at. I did make a couple of modifications for my needs. I removed the safety chain loops from the bottom because I don’t think I would ever use them and I wanted to maximize ground clearance. My pickup has tow brackets that I use when pulling it behind our RV. I had to modify the hitch to accommodate that hardware. Overall I’m very happy with this purchase.
Would be more helpful if it was clearer in what trim levels this functions on. Not clear that you need to trim skid plates, ideally would be better if it were possibleto mount like the super duty front hitch up higher. Will be insanely expensive to return

After having this hitch for a year it has held up great. I live in the Rust Belt and no issues with the coating on the hitch. It pretty much looks like the day that I installed it. It works great for receiver mounted winches and snow plows. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a way to add a winch or snow plow to your truck without having a big expensive bumper.
Very happy with my first year of use of the front EcoHitch. It makes maneuvering a 23' boat & trailer so much easier, especially from our narrow street into our narrow driveway. Easy-peasy to put the trailer right where you need it in tight places with the front hitch...and yes, I know and enjoy backing trailers up with the traditional rear hitch, too.
On the ecoboost you need to remove the support bracket. Installation would be much easier if the bolts were a half inch longer. I ended up having to context one side plate bolt it up and then add the other side plate. Otherwise works well and sits up nice and tight.
Hitch was easy to install. Good quality and well fabricated.
This is well made. I had it installed by a local auto shop and they did not have any problems. Looks good on my truck. I have not used it yet but do not anticipate any problems.
