Can I Open the Ramboxes w/ the BAKFlip MX4 Hard Tonneau Cover Installed on a Ram 2500 w/ Ramboxes?

Question:
Ive got a 2022 RAM 2500 with 6-1/2foot bed and RAMBOX. I called a local dealer and asked about a tonneau cover and he said he wouldnt sell me one for the RAMBOX since none of them work. He said they leaked so badly its not worth it. Itd be great to see some pictures of your BAKFlip MX4 in action on a RAMBOX. The other question I have is installation. I have the optional rail kit in the bed. Does the BAKFlip attach to that? And are you able to open the RAMBOXes without fully opening the BAKFlip? Or would you suggest another cover?

Hey William! I went ahead and attached some pictures below of the BAKFlip MX4 item # BAK48203RB installed on a Ram 1500 with Ramboxes. I have also linked a video that will give you a walk through of the MX4's features and show you how to get it set up. This is the closest option I have to your 2022 Ram 2500.
The BAKFlip MX4 item # BAK48203RB does indeed attach to the rail system on your 2022 Ram 2500. You will be able to open your Ramboxes with the cover closed.
