Hello Joshua; I would be happy to get you all of the parts you need. A complete flat tow setup requires a tow bar, base plate, tow bar wiring, safety cables, and a supplemental braking system. You already picked out the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BO74FR and Roadmaster Nighthawk All-Terrain Tow Bar # RM-677.

The Nighthawk comes with part of the wiring and the safety cables already. For the rest of the wiring along with locks to keep it secure and a cover for storage you can use the Roadmaster Accessory Kit for Nighthawk and Sterling Tow Bars # RM-9284-2. You will also need the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-156-25.

If you have hydraulic brakes on your motorhome I recommend the Demco Stay-IN-Play Duo Flat Tow Brake System # SM99251. If you have air brakes you want the Demco Air Force One # SM99243 instead. Both will require the Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit # RM-88400.

The only other thing you may need is a high-low adapter. I attached a help article below which explains how to measure and choose the correct adapter. It also includes a link to all of our available adapters for your reference.

I measured to the center of the hitch receiver on our RV and it's 32" off the ground. The tow rings on the truck are 16" off the ground making a 16" difference. The maximum adapter available is 10". Can I pair two 8" adapters (or a 10 & a 6)? If not what are my other options?

@JoshG we actually know the bracket height for the base plate kit already which is 17-1/2". Using your 32" measurement you need an adapter that has a 14-1/2" drop to put you right at level with +/- 3" of level being the goal. Using two high-low adapters would potentially cause issues you don't want to have. Instead of a high-low adapter you can use the # 325-GH-307. This is flat towing compatible and has a max drop of 15" which will get your tow bar where it needs to be.
