Hello Mark! The Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BLU35UR is confirmed to fit your 2026 Lincoln Nautilus Hybrid. For the rest of your setup I recommend the following:
-Blue Ox Avail Non-Binding Tow Bar # BX7420 (includes safety cables, # BLU53QV if you want a cover)
-Roadmaster Universal Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles - 10" LED Strips # RM35MR
-Blue Ox Patriot Portable Flat Tow Brake System # BLU37TR (this is the latest model but the 3 will work)
-12 Volt Outlet Kit, 20 amps # RM-9332 (required to power the Patriot)
-Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-156-25
You may also need a high-low adapter like # e52ZV to keep your setup level. The bracket height on the base plate kit is 16" so all you need to do is measure the hitch on the motorhome and find the difference to see if one is required.
