Outstanding I looked all over for this part and the few I found the soonest I could get one was at least 8 days out. Product fit the space correctly, was reasonably easy to install provided you are capable of this type of task, and appears to be operating as promised. Written Instructions were a bit lacking, which necessitated me calling and speaking with the manufacturers technical department.

Working as promised. No issues.
Works great. I have an older mid 90's travel trailer, very nice retrofit to update. multistage charger works great, there's documentation that shows the charge profiles and this will be much healthier for batteries. Voltage is rock solid and right on par. Unit is much quieter than the old humming transformer, lighter, etc. Has LEDs to indicate blown fuse or stray load on a circuit, install pretty easy if your familiar with electrical, but it was a project. I changed out my 110v breakers as well while I was at it(BD style) as they were 30 years old, just got them from home depot. Nice rebuild. There is a charge status indicator on fuse board that blinks green, since my bed is right next to it, some light escapes out the cover, so I just put little piece of electrical tape over the led, but it for most people probably not an issue. Also the turbo boost charge mode is nice when running off grid, I can top my 2 batteries up off the generator in half hour while making breakfast and be good for the whole next night of running CPAP. also the low and slow maintenance mode is nice for long term storage. Highly recommend doing upgrade if you have this style Magnatek converter in your rig
This is a quality product much better than the converter that I am replacing easy installation fit like a glove I will be buying all my RV parts from E trailer from now on

Upon arrival, a thorough inspection was conducted. Everything appears to be as described. I can't simulate or test this unit due to lack of equipment; hence, functionality shall be determined after installation.
Wonderful upgrade! Easy to install and works great. I feel so much safer knowing this unit is in our older RV.

It got here before estimated. Fairly easy to install.
This converter fit perfectly into the existing panel housing from my 1998 class B. The new converter arrived super quick and installation was a breeze. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.
It works perfectly. Just follow instructions for the unit to be replaced. All the voltages are in the correct places and the battery now charging.
Works great, instructions were good. 5 years ago I would have paid less than half but whatever, my camper works now.
This power converter works great and is an easy swap out for the OEM unit!

Shawnee was amazing in reaching out to me Everytime there was progress w my order. Was back ordered then was in stock but shipped to a physical address but the USPS didn't deliver it because I don't have a mailbox(could've left on porch). Called etrailer and Shawnee took it on herself to ship a new one and expressed it. Glad to see some businesses are still working in the before Covid mentality
Exactly what I wanted. Good instructions for installation. Install the Unit and everything is working again.
The included instructions were excellent. No awkward English, just clear step-by-step instructions for a variety of scenarios.
I’ve got a 1988 Big Foot 5th wheel that I upgraded to a 200 amp hr AGM battery and this works great in conjunction with that. Got to say that etrailers shipping is great!!
