Can Maxxair Roof Vent With Wall Control Be Upgraded to Use Wireless Remote

Question:

I have a Maxxair fan plus 4-speed with a four button remote. The fan came installed in my Grand Design 2022 Solitude 375RES. I want to move it from the Kitchen into the bathroom. Can I buy a new control board to make this work with wireless remote.

Hi Brian; I'm sorry to say that you cannot swap out the control board to make your current roof vent compatible with the wireless remote. You will either have to stick with your wall control or get a vent like the # MA00-04500K that comes with a remote.
