I installed this hitch on my 2019 Ram 3500 Mega Cab and it worked great. Easy install.

@Don, My truck is a 2019 2500, and the hitch was easy to install and does work great. I don't know if it will fit your truck, but if you can return it its worth a try.

Installed easily and seamlessly on my 2022 Ram 3500 diesel crew cab! Used it to put a Motorcyle on the front while towing a 5th wheel! Getting the bolts torqued was the hardest part. Enjoy!!!
