Availability Of Norcold N8DCSSR 12v Refrigerator

I currently have a Norcold N8DCSSR 12v refrigerator in my RV. I need to replace it. On your site there is a NC73FR. They look identical but I can’t find any info from Norcold about what the difference is.

Hey Scott.

The # NC29FR is Norcold # N10DCSSL, and is 59-7/8" tall.

You need # NC73FR which is Norcold # N8DCSSR so it is a direct replacement for your unit. This measures 52-7/8" tall which is why you cannot use the other fridge.

Hey Bill, the Norcold RV Fridge part #NC29FR that you reference has a 1 year warranty which is about standard for RV fridges.

The Advent Air #ACM135 and #ACM150 both have drain holes on the bottom of the pan at the front of the unit that will drain water out onto the roof of the trailer. I've attached a picture below to show you where these holes are located.
