Will part # SR5323 fit onto part # SR1008 and transport two kayaks on my 2008 Subaru Legacy with a bare roof? Will I need anything additional to carry two kayaks? Thank you.

The Yakima JayLow, part # Y04073, will fit on the SportRack Semi-Custom Roof Rack, # SR1008, on your 2008 Subaru Legacy. This carrier was designed to carry two kayaks on their sides and it will support a tandem kayak as well.
For a second set of tie-downs use part # Y04031.
Keep in mind, the weight capacity of this carrier and roof rack is 130 lbs. I recommend checking your owners manual to verify to weight capacity of your Legacy's roof before loading any kayaks. If your Legacy's roof weight capacity is less than 130 lbs, then you will want to go by that weight limit.
