I believe the part you're looking for is the Replacement Lift Arm # FVK8011-05. If you're also needing the operating knob then you'll want to pick up the part # FVK1142-09 as well.

Yes, I contacted Fan-Tastic Vent and the replacement lift arm part #FVK8011-05 fits vents with domed lids. If your vent has a flat lid then you need the lift arm for flat lids part #FVK8014-05. I have attached two photos that show the difference.
