Troubleshooting Greystone Induction Burner with Lock Button Stuck On

Question:
I have a double burner 1800 watts induction cook top and I cannot turn off the LOCK button. Ive tried everything to turn it off.

That's an odd problem to have but it sounds like it could be an internal bug. Have you tried unplugging the burner and plugging back in? Usually the clears out quirky problems like that.

Hey, did unplugging and plugging the induction cooktop back in clear the lock issue? Your update could make it easier for others who run into the same problem.
