Unforunartely no, Fred. It looks like the Replacement Receiver for the Roadmaster Even Brake Braking Monitor # RM-9410 is only going to work with the Roadmaster Even Brake # RM-9400 with serial numbers below 27,497. Since yours is 28,216, you're going to need # RM77FR instead.
