Hi , will this Demco base plate work on 2019 Jeep Wrangler unlimited rubicon ? Will this baseplate work with Roadmaster Sterling All Terrain tow bar?

As long as your 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon has the factory plastic bumper the Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit # DM9519336 is compatible with your vehicle. Attached is an installation video (and a picture) of this kit on an '18 JL Unlimited for you to reference.
This base plate kit is also compatible with the Roadmaster Sterling All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-576 as long as you use one of the following adapters:
- Adapter # RM-034 for serial numbers up to 14,500
- Adapter # RM-034-5 for serial numbers above 14,500
For a complete flat towing setup you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. If you do not have all of these components just let me know and I can make some additional recommendations for you.
