Will The OptiMate Solar Duo Portable Solar Panel with Controller MA56JR Work With AGM Batteries?

Hello. Can you please advise whether part MA56JR - Optimate Portable Solar 40Watt panel with controller would be the right solution to help keep one 12V AGM battery topped off on our trailer? I understand a higher watt solution would be better, but I like the looks of this one. Thank you.

Hello Doug, it sounds like you are on the right track, because the OptiMate Solar Duo Portable Solar Panel with Controller # MA56JR will work great for keeping your AGM battery charged while the trailer is in storage. Like you said it is not the fastest charge, but it will work great for keeping things topped off during the off season.
