Troubleshooting No LED Light on Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Brake Controller

Question:
I have a redarc tow pro and the light isn’t lighting up and there is power pulsing at the wire in the trailer plug

Hey Nathan, thanks for reaching out!
If the LED on your Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Brake Controller # RED44FR isn't lighting up at all then you either have a bad connection to the trailer or there is a bad connection between the main unit and the remote head.
You'll need ot check the trailer wiring to make sure everything has a solid connection and nothing is damaged, and also check that the wiring between the main unit and remote head is secured as well.
