Replacement Hitch Mounting Hardware Kit

Question:
I bought a trailer hitch for my car a few years ago, and am changing it new a different car, same make and model. I need to know if you sell the installation kit bolts, flat square washers and coiled bolt guide to get the bolts through the frame.
