Question:

I have a 2023 Mercedes Sprinter 3500xd AWD. What suspension products do you have that are compatible. You have options for 2WD and 4WD but none for AWD

Hey Doug, our fitguide is sometimes a bit confusing, but the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TMBRSP35A you were looking at fits the 2023 Mercedes Sprinter 3500xd AWD/4WD (fits 2wd or 4wd/AWD) if it is a motorhome. If it is not a motorhome, then you'll want the B version which is # TMBRSP35B (2wd or 4wd/AWD).

Thanks for your help. Our sprinter is not a full blown motor home but it has dual wheels and is built out with bed, full cabinets and 40 gallon water tank so I would guess it has a curb weight comparable to a Sprinter chassis motor home. I have not put it on a scale since I completed the build but I could probably arrange to do that if needed.

@Doug The A and B versions mentioned above do have slightly different dimensions, so I would stick with the B version which would fit your sprinter since it's not technically a motor home.

Thanks for your guidance. What other products do you have for ride improvement in my Sprinter 3500 XD and do you feel comfortable making recommendations?

@Doug The suspension enhancement mentioned previously will do a great job, I have Timbrens on my truck and it helps tremendously. But if you want another product that will help tackle the vehicle sway and excessive swerving, you can install the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar - 1-1/2" Diameter # RM43VR.
