On your 2018 Mercedes Sprinter 350 dually 2-wheel drive, it truly depends on the weight of the vehicle you are towing. If you are towing a vehicle on the lighter side, I recommend the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle # SSR-338-47. These springs come with a load capacity of 900 pounds that help you keep the RV level and minimize sway. They also are great because once they are installed, they do not require any maintenance or upkeep. Also, the Timbrens also work great when not towing and extend the general life of your factory suspension system. To top it all off, they come with a lifetime warranty.
