Is it possible to get these powder coated white or be purchased in just the primer?

Hi John; the Steel Dual Wheel with Offset # AM83NR is only available in silver. We have similar wheels but they are all either silver, gray, or black. Unfortunately, we don't offer one in white or have the ability to powder coat it a different color/leave only the primer.
