What is Minimum and Max Height of Yakima Long Arm Height Extender # Y01150

Question:
Regarding Y01150, Yakima Long Arm Height Extender: I don’t see anywhere it is stated how much additional height it can provide, even on the Yakima website. So I called Yakima and according to them, it can add up to 21.5” and as little as 7.5”.
