Hey Danny, the Replacement Front Anchor Plates for HappiJac Truck-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs # LC182870 you're looking at is actually not going to work with your 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 Mega Cab, unfortunately. These replacement plates were designed to be used with # LC182904 which fits 2007-2014 Silverado's and Sierra's.
Instead you'd need the Replacement Front Anchor Plates for HappiJac Truck-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs # LC58AF.
