Hi Curtis; the Kuat NV 2.0 Bike Rack for 4 Bikes # NV22G-NA22G is designed for a Class III or higher hitch with a 2" receiver. The rack has a weight capacity of 40 lbs per bike and weighs 82 lbs so that would mean a max of 242 lbs with bikes on it. For a hitch that can handle this on your 2019 Honda CR-V you can use the etrailer # e98848. This hitch has a max tongue weight of 525 lbs which is more than enough.
