All of the hitches for your 2022 Honda CR-V Hybrid require some trimming of the fascia below your bumper cover. I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver item # e98848. This hitch is a confirmed fit for your CR-V and does not require any welding or drilling. It is a custom fit hitch receiver that bolts onto your Honda's frame with included hardware. I have attached a couple of pictures with measurements included that will show you what part of your Honda's fascia needs to be cut.
