Availability of Replacement Rear Foot Pad for Lippert Ground Control 3.0 System

Question:
I lost my left rear leveling jack extension out of ground control 3. its a Jayco 5th wheel 2020. Im not able to find a replacement extension and foot anywhere. I found just the foot but no tube, Please advise.
