The only surprise I got was the pin and wire Spring that holds the foot to the jack are not part of the package. I'm going to compare this replacement with the existing foot and I may choose to purchase another to have matching foots. Solved my issue of the stolen stabilizing gear from my camper. Even though etrailer.com was out of the snap pin that holds the pad to the stabilizing jack, I received the pad when needed. Snap pin was found at the local Hardware!!
