Question:
Hi: I would like to have a fixed shank to fit a 2 hitch. I need a 5 that would accommodate a 2 5/16th ball. Is that possible? I can find only one on your site but says 2 ball. Thank you.

Hello Marilyn; I do have a solution for you. We have the Curt Heavy Duty Forged Ball Mount # C53JR which is for a 2" hitch, has a 6" drop and a 2-5/16" ball. This is a heavy-duty forged ball mount and is rated for 15,000 lbs.
If you prefer a standard fixed ball mount, I recommend the Curt Dual Length Ball Mount for 2" Hitches # C45240 which has a 5-3/4" drop. You can use this along with the 2-5/16" Hitch Ball # C40007.
If it were me I would go with the # C53JR simply because the ball comes pre-torqued so you wont have to mess with it.
