Question:
I am looking for bearings, seals, and brake hub assemblies for my trailer axles. They are 3500 lb Terran axles. 4 bolt hub, self adjusting brakes. One serial number is L2335A000186. I can provide pictures and more information if needed. Thank you.

Hello Daniel, thanks for reaching out. The 3,500 lb axles use the standard 10" x 2-1/4" brakes with a 4-bolt backing plate. For that I recommend the etrailer Electric Trailer Brakes # AKEBRK-35-SA. This comes with both a right and left hand self-adjusting brake assembly.
For the bearings, the 3,500 lb axles generally use a standard bearing combination. That being the # L68149 (1.378" inner diameter) inner bearing and the # L44649 (1.063" inner diameter) outer bearing. I do not have a way to look up the serial number to confirm this, but as long as your axle was made within the last 20 or so years, it very likely will use the standard bearing combination. You can always remove a hub and unpack the bearings to confirm this, but provided this is what you have, you can use the bearing kit # BK2-100. This comes with both bearings, races, a seal, cotter pin and tang washer for a 3,500 lb axle.
